Nicole Voss

Associate Principal & Director of Sustainability

Nicole joined isgenuity in 2022 to lead the firm’s efforts in advancing sustainability, resiliency, and social equity in the built environment. Her experience has demonstrated that evidence-based design can create buildings that directly benefit both their occupants and broader communities. Within this leadership role, Nicole is responsible for assisting project teams with goal-setting around building performance, embodied carbon, climate risk, and associated accreditations.
