Dena Zyroff, AIA is an experienced architect with significant previous experience in laboratory design and campus planning. Prior to joining MBA, Dena was an architect with Payette and then sole practitioner based in Sharon, MA. She received her BA from Columbia University and her M. Arch. from Harvard Graduate School of Design.

MBA Selected to Design Fegan Elevator Tower
Children’s Hospital Boston has awarded Martin Batt Architects with the Fegan Elevator Tower Addition and Outpatient Lobby projects. The tower, an eleven-story building, and the outpatient lobby will change the public face of Children’s Hospital. The tower will house four elevator bays, which will bridge the hospital’s inpatient and outpatient buildings. Meanwhile, the lobby will provide a new entrance for all outpatient services.

Martin Batt Architects has been commissioned to plan and program 15,000 NSF for Children’s Hospital Peabody Building Expansion. The project includes a full complement of outpatient services including two operating rooms and radiology services.
