Isgenuity was honored to attend the groundbreaking of East Boston Neighborhood Health Center’s new Neighborhood PACE project in Revere this morning. This new out-of-the-ground structure will provide all-inclusive care for aging residents of Revere and surrounding communities. As designers of the project, we are always excited to see our work being built and look forward to its completion next summer.

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer to Associate. Jennifer joined Isgenuity in 2012, and since then she has been involved in multiple projects at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts Eye and Ear. Her attention to detail and focus on the project process has demonstrated a unique ability to anticipate and proactively realize project goals both large and small. In the office, Jennifer leads a number of initiatives including the development of our virtual reality system which allows our clients to interact with a virtual experience of our projects. We look forward to Jennifer’s growing influence at Isgenuity as well as in the design industry as her career develops.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Eamonn to Associate. Eamonn joined Isgenuity in 2012, and since then he has been involved with some of our most technically challenging projects. Recently completed work includes the East Campus Interventional Radiology suite at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center as well as Operating Room technology upgrades and the Intensive Community-Based Acute Treatment Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. Eamonn’s commitment to honoring project obligations inspires the entire project team to collaborate and work with dedication. In the office he assists in developing our quality control program and was instrumental in developing our new standards for our documentation. We predict Eamonn’s approach and professional integrity will be instilled throughout Isgenuity with his contribution moving forward.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Kate Spinelli to Senior Associate and Director of Interior Design. Kate joined Isgenuity in 2006 and over the past 10 years has been creating the interior vision for some of our most high profile projects. Her direct involvement with many of our institutional clients has allowed Kate to have a significant influence on the interior environments beyond the individual project as she helps to craft our clients overall aesthetic vision. Her sophisticated understanding of broader client needs, combined with her spatial knowledge, deep understanding of materiality and color sensitivity have set Kate apart here at Isgenuity. We look forward to Kate’s senior leadership as a new Senior Associate and for her continued creativity as our Director of Interior Design.
We are pleased to announce the promotion of Christian Bender to Senior Associate. Christian joined Isgenuity in 2011 and has been instrumental in the management of some of our most complex and technical projects. Christian has a unique skill set as he has the knowledge and ability to plan and conceive the feasibility of our projects, and is one of our most adept project managers navigating all project phases. Christian has a complete understanding of the entire project process and the impacts of decision making from the earliest planning phases through to construction administration. This allows for consistency and balance of planning, budgets, and schedules, throughout the duration of a project. His involvement in the office and his mentoring of junior staff set Christian apart as a senior leader at Isgenuity. We are honored to have Christian as a new Senior Associate.

Kevin joined Isgenuity in 2003 and since then he has been one of the key contributors to Isgenuity’s development as a next generation architecture and design practice in New England. Kevin has managed and overseen some of the firm's most prominent projects, including the development of Maverick Square in East Boston for EBNHC, as well as the new state-of-the-art Emergency Department for Cape Cod Hospital. Kevin’s strengths include his commitment to executing high-quality projects and superior client service. He achieves this with an inclusive and collaborative approach that results in meaningful and enduring client relationships. In the office, Kevin has firmly established himself as a leader, influencing our culture with his engaged approach, and is a great mentor to junior staff. We are honored to promote Kevin to the position of Principal at Isgenuity, and we look forward to his continued leadership in the firm and within the design profession.

Jason joined Isgenuity in 2009, and with his enthusiasm and commitment has differentiated himself as a next generation design industry leader at Isgenuity. Jason has been the key resource in some of our most complex projects including the thirteen story Fegan Elevator Tower addition, the Children’s Hospital Cafeteria as well as the Carlton Street Family Housing project for Boston Children’s Hospital. While intently focused on the details, Jason also manages to build meaningful industry relationships. His genuine desire to exceed expectations in everything he does compels clients, consultants and colleagues to engage fully in the projects Jason leads. In the office, Jason is our resident musician, artist, photographer, and fashion icon! We look forward to Jason’s continued contribution to Isgenuity in his new Associate Principal position.

Candidates should be accomplished professionals with a demonstrated ability to plan, design, and manage. Your experience should be in the academic, healthcare and research design markets, ideally within New England. We are looking for individuals that embody our values, can build meaningful relationships, mentor junior staff, complement our culture and influence our future.
