In early April, staff at Isgenuity toured the construction site of the future Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center building at 495 Western Avenue in Brighton. The facility is set to open in late summer or early fall of this year.
During the visit, we were able to get a glimpse of the unique Swisspearl® colored cement composite panels being installed on the façades. These panels are a part of a rainscreen system serving as cladding at the second floor of the structure. Curtainwall, glazing, granite, and concrete blocks are also cladding the structure. Interior finishes are beginning to take shape at the same time.
The new Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center site will help unite staff, patients, and the community under one roof, providing medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services. The center is committed to ensuring that all people have the opportunity to lead a full, healthy, and productive life.
