The contribution of our people to our work and culture and the profession of architecture enlightens and enriches Isgenuity as well as the broader AEC community. This effort is exemplified in the career of Elizabeth Mikula, who, as we begin 2018, is promoted to be an Associate of the firm. A graduate of Syracuse University, Liz joined Isgenuity in 2013 and has been an engaged team member over the past five years. Her passion for design and her discerning, persuasive voice have been a welcome addition to the Isgenuity ethos.
Liz has been an asset to the project team as a designer on projects including the recently completed MGH Institute of Health Professions, Center for Interprofessional Studies. Over the course of this project she was a responsible team member, with a strong commitment to realizing conceptual ideas in built form. Overall, her project work has demonstrated that from concept to completion, Liz forges strong collaboration-focused relationships with the entire AEC team. Outside of the office, Liz has been active at the Boston Society of Architects and with the local Syracuse alumni network. This has carried over into the Isgenuity culture, with organized volunteer efforts, as well as office events that focus on making a community contribution.
